4th Grade

Hello SFdA,

My name is April Gabaldon and I have been blessed to be the new 6th grade teacher at SFdA. This is my ninth year of teaching. I previously taught at Flagstaff High School as well as coached varsity cheer. I earned my Bachelors in Elementary and Special Education from Northern Arizona University in 2006. In May 2017 I earned my Masters in Education Leadership from Northern Arizona University. I’m a small town girl and will never leave this beautiful mountain town. I have two smart and silly children, Jersey (10) and Kingston (4). When I’m not teaching I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, Steven and being outside. My family is my backbone and couldn’t have accomplished my goals without them. I’m excited to be on this new journey of teaching 6th grade. I’m looking forward to learning and worshiping with SFdA students and parents.
