5th Grade

Hi!  My name is Michelle Sinek and I am so blessed to be the fifth grade teacher at San Francisco de Asis Catholic School.  Fifth grade is an amazing year.  During the school year there are many great activities to look forward to participating as a student.  JA Biztown, science fair, Learn to Ski Day, and the County Fair are just of few examples of the highlights.  Academically the year is quite exciting,  American history, delving into some great novel studies, and of course mastering math concepts. Students develop a love for math even if he or she begins the year with it not being a favorite subject.  I am also so thankful to be a part of each student’s faith journey.  We have such a strong bond and support one another in each other’s walk with Christ on a daily basis.  It is an awesome thing to witness the growth that happens during the course of a year, my personal favorite!  A little bit about myself, I love the outdoors, crafts, and golf.  I have two children who attended all of their years at this wonderful school.  They are now both freshman, one in college and one in high school.  I have no doubt that they will continue to be successful because of the foundation and values that they received at SFdA.  Thank you for visiting!  U R Loved!
