8th Grade

8th Grade: Homeroom, English, American History & Literature

7th Grade: World Geography, English & Literature

This school year will be Miss Patton’s second year teaching here at SFdA. In the spring of 2014, Miss Patton student taught in our Jr. High and she was hooked! She believes God had a plan for her and she knew from the moment she stepped into SFdA that this is where she was meant to be.

Miss Patton graduated from NAU with a degree in Secondary English and has a passion for literature & poetry. Though she did not ever think when studying to become a teacher that she would be teaching Social Studies, the past year she has really come to love & enjoy it. Religion may not be a specific subject she teaches, but she believes that making religion a part of everyday life and activities is the best way to “practice what we preach”.

SFdA is more than just a Catholic School in Flagstaff. SFdA is a place where students are welcomed, challenged & made into AMAZING young adults. Miss Patton is ever so grateful to be a part of these journeys & a staff member at SFdA.  Here’s to another fantastic year!
