Happy Sunday,

A very happy New Year to everyone! I hope it was a good week and you were able to enjoy the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God, as well as ring in the New Year. While we celebrated the liturgical New Year a month ago with the beginning of Advent, we now begin a new calendar year which once more gives us fresh eyes and energy to approach the coming 12 months. I pray that each of you has been able to enjoy the Christmas season and hopefully get a bit of rest.

As the New Year begins, I know that many people take this opportunity to increase their regular giving. Thank you! I am very grateful to each of you for supporting the parish in the manner that you are able. If you have not tried online giving I want to encourage you to give it a try. Last year we began using a new online giving platform called Pushpay which has helped streamline the online giving experience. Using Pushpay helps us stabilize our income and plan better for the future. In any case, we are very grateful for whatever way you choose to support the parish. ¡Un muy Feliz Año Nuevo para todos! Espero que haya sido una buena semana y que hayan podido disfrutar de la Solemnidad de María, Madre de Dios, así como de recibir el Año Nuevo. Si bien hace un mes celebramos el Año Nuevo litúrgico con el comienzo del Adviento, ahora comenzamos un nuevo año en el calendario que una vez más nos da ojos frescos y energía para afrontar los próximos 12 meses. Rezo para que cada uno de ustedes haya podido disfrutar de la temporada navideña y, con suerte, descansar un poco.

Al comenzar el Año Nuevo, sé que muchas personas aprovechan esta oportunidad para aumentar sus donaciones habituales. ¡Gracias! Estoy muy agradecido con cada uno de ustedes por apoyar a la parroquia de la manera que pueden. Si aún no han probado las donaciones en línea, quiero animarlos a que lo intenten. El año pasado comenzamos a utilizar una nueva plataforma de donaciones en línea llamada Pushpay que nos ayudó a agilizar la experiencia de donaciones en línea. El uso de Pushpay nos ayuda a estabilizar nuestros ingresos y planificar mejor el futuro. En cualquier caso, estamos muy agradecidos por cualquier forma que elijan para apoyar a la parroquia. ¡Que tengan una gran semana y sepan que rezo por ustedes!
