Happy Palm Sunday!

I can't believe we are already here. Lent has flown by and now we are beginning the final stretch of Holy Week to the Easter Festivities.

We will add confession times on Tuesday evening at 5:00pm along with our regularly scheduled Wednesday evening confessions. The Triduum liturgies begin on Holy Thursday with the Mass of the Lord's Supper at 6:00pm. As the Mass ends we'll process to the Bosco room for the altar of repose.

We will then have confessions near the Bosco room (staff and volunteers will help direct you) until 10:00pm. Like last year, we will also have altars of repose set up at Guadalupe and Nativity. These altars will be open immediately after the Mass of the Lord's Supper until 10:00pm and there will be confessions at each as well. We invite you to take time on Thursday night to make a little pilgrimage to each of the altars. The Newman Center will also be open to visit the Blessed Sacrament at their altar of repose and they will have confessions as well.

On Good Friday we will have morning confessions from 9:00-11:00am, outdoor stations of the cross (weather permitting) led by the youth group, and then The Passion of the Lord at 3:00pm in the Church. Afterwards, there will be the possibility to go to confession in the main church. On Saturday morning there will be NO CONFESSIONS as we prepare for the Easter Vigil which begins at 8pm. Finally, on Easter Sunday we will have our regular 8:00am, 10:00am, and 12:15pm Masses.

Horario de Domingo de Ramos y Semana Santa

¡Feliz Domingo de Ramos!

No puedo creer que ya estémos aquí. La Cuaresma se ha pasado volando y ahora estamos entrando en la recta final de la Semana Santa hacia las festividades de Pascua.

Añadiremos confesiones el martes por la tarde a las 5 p. m., ademas de las confesiones regulares de los miércoles por la tarde. Las liturgias del Triduo comienzan el Jueves Santo con la Misa de la Cena del Señor a las 6 pm. Al terminar la misa, nos dirigiremos al Salon Bosco para el altar de reposo.

Luego tendremos confesiones cerca del Salón Bosco (el personal y los voluntarios les ayudarán a guiarlos) hasta las 10 pm. Al igual que el año pasado, también tendremos altares de reposo en Guadalupe y la Natividad. Estos altares estarán abiertos inmediatamente después de la Misa de la Cena del Senor hasta las 10 pm. y también habra confesiones en cada uno. Los invitamos a tomarse un tiempo el jueves por la noche para hacer una pequeña peregrinación a cada uno de los altares. El Centro Newman tambien estara abierto para visitar al Santísimo Sacramento en su altar de reposo y también habrá confesiones.

El Viernes Santo tendremos confesiones por la mañana de 9 a 11 am., vía crucis al aire libre (si el clima lo permite) dirigida por el grupo de jóvenes, y luego La Pasión del Señor a las 3 pm. en la Iglesia. Después, podrán confesarse en la iglesia principal. El sábado por la mañana NO habrá CONFESIONES mientras nos preparamos para la Vigilia Pascual que comienza a las 8 pm. Finalmente, el Domingo de Pascua tendremos misas regulares a las 8 am, 10 am y 12:15 pm. ¡Esperamos compartir esta semana con ustedes! ¡Sepan que estoy orando por ustedes!
