Happy Sunday!

I hope everyone has had a great week and been able to enjoy some sunshine! I’m so glad it's May and looking forward to the warmer weather. While Sacraments have been completed for the children and adults in the parish, we continue to have a full schedule. Next weekend will be Dcn. Joseph’s last weekend in the parish. He will return on Sat, Jun 8 to celebrate the 4:30pm Mass. Please continue to keep him in your prayers. The school year is starting to wind down but that also means getting ready for 8th grade graduation. Please pray for our students as they complete their school year.

We are very glad to be hosting a women’s retreat for the parish. There was a flyer in the bulletin last weekend to advertise this exciting event. We are very excited to welcome back our old youth minister, Beth Davis, to lead this day for women of the parish. It will be on Sat, Jun 8 and will begin in the morning and go until the middle of the afternoon.

¡Espero que todos hayan tenido una gran semana y hayan podido disfrutar del sol! Me alegro mucho de que sea mayo y espero con ansias que llegue el clima más cálido. Si bien se han completado los sacramentos para los niños y adultos de la parroquia, seguimos teniendo un horario completo. El próximo fin de semana será el último fin de semana de Diacono Joseph en la parroquia. Regresará el 8 de junio para celebrar la Misa de las 4:30 pm. Por favor continúen manteniéndolo en sus oraciones. El año escolar está terminando, pero eso también significa prepararse para la graduación del octavo grado. Por favor oren por nuestros estudiantes mientras completan su año escolar.

Estamos muy contentos de ser anfitriones de un retiro de mujeres para la parroquia. El fin de semana pasado apareció un volante en el boletín para anunciar este evento. Estamos muy emocionados de darle la bienvenida nuevamente a nuestra antigua ministra juvenil, Beth Davis, para dirigir este día para las mujeres de la parroquia. Será el 8 de junio y comenzará por la mañana y se extenderá hasta media tarde.
