Join us in the celebration Mass of Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel as we honor one hundred years of faith, devotion, and community. Through scripture, gospel, and uplifting hymns, we celebrate the enduring love for Nuestra Virgen de Guadalupe and the Chapel that has been a safe haven for generations. We remember with gratitude the founding families whose dedication built this Chapel and whose legacy continues to inspire us today. This joyful Mass celebrates a century of shared faith and the blessings that unite our community.

Feast Day of Our Lady of Guadalupe Procession

Fri, Dec 11 at 5:30pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel, 224 S. Kendrick, Flagstaff

The evening will begin with Guadalupanas and parishioners gathering at the Chapel to prepare for the procession. We will have an opening ceremony featuring a ceremonial dance by the Danza Matachines of San Francisco de Asis and live music.

  4. Stop at Flagstaff Fire Station 2, 1701 E Ponderosa Parkway The procession pauses at Flagstaff Fire for refreshments and another dance performance by Danza Matachines of San Francisco de Asis
  5. Walk up the hill to San Francisco de Asis Parish Parishioners walk up the hill to San Francisco de Asis Parish
  6. Reenactment of Juan Diego’s encounter with Our Lady of Guadalupe The evening culminates with a reenactment of Saint Juan Diego’s encounter with Our Lady of Guadalupe, beautifully recreating the miracle at Tepeyac, Mexico.
